Our chef Andreas Balter and his team serve you seasonal and regional specialities. We use solely local and fresh products like asparagus, strawberries, chanterelles and venison which are prepared with the utmost care and with a lot of love.

Furthermore we offer local beer like Rothaus Tannenzäpfle (meaning: little fir cone) and Ganter Bier. The wine grows directly on our doorstep and the mineral water also comes from the Rench valley. There is only one thing to complete the perfect meal: premium homemade schnapps like “Schwarzwälder Kirschwasser”, “Zibärtle” and many more.

For family parties you take a seat on a wonderfully decorated table and enjoy the delicacies from our kitchen and our cellar while our friendly service team anticipates every wish that comes to your mind.
